these tips and tricksat time of application:
1. Make sure to provide your client’s banking information and/or VOID cheque.The client’s banking information must be indicated in the Payer’s section in the
Ownership & Payment tab.
2. Don't forget the Declaration and Authorization form. The Declaration and Authorization form is often neglected. Yet, it is crucial for Assumption Life to move forward processing any application.
The best way to avoid delays is to ensure that the client finalizes the signing process and that the signature is submitted immediately upon completion of the application. Using the electronic application process is the fastest way to go about this crucial step.
3. In the case of an amendment, the process can be completed over the phone and signed electronically. If the electronic signature isn’t an option, we’ll request the signature at delivery.
4. If you optfor an alternative electronic signature software (ex. DocuSign), you will be required to provide a copy of thecertificate of completion along with the signed document.
