Hello,

We are excited to announce that a new, more competitive critical illness insurance solution is on the way.

As part of this evolution, the current Critical Protection product and Critical Illness rider will be decommissioned and replaced with an enhanced offering that delivers greater value to clients.

Coming Soon: A New Critical Illness Insurance Solution

Designed to provide greater value, flexibility and competitive pricing, our new Critical Illness Insurance solution will offer:

  • Coverage up to $2 million

  • 25 covered critical illnesses and partial benefits for 8 early-stage conditions

  • Issue ages up to 65

  • Flexible coverage options, including T10, T20, T25, T75, and T75 20-Pay

  • Individual or multi-life coverage options

  • Return of premium options, including ROPD, FROP15 and FROP65

  • Access to Dialogue's Medical Second Opinion service

Transition Rules

The current Critical Protection and Critical Illness Rider will be decommissioned on August 27, 2026.

Please note that the new product will introduce a new medical questionnaire. As a result, clients who qualify under the current products may be assessed differently under the new offering.

To ensure clients are assessed under the current underwriting requirements, we encourage advisors to submit any current or anticipated applications no later than 11:00 p.m. EST on August 26, 2026. Applications not submitted before the product is decommissioned will be subject to the rules and eligibility requirements of the new Critical Illness Insurance product.

We look forward to sharing more information about this exciting new offering shortly.

Thank you for your trust and continued business.
