We are excited to inform you that a new version of Lia, Version 14.1, is now available. To successfully submit your applications, you must update your Lia to the latest version.

NEW DOWNLOAD PROCEDURE FOR COMPUTERS*

Before proceeding with the download of the new version of Lia, please make sure that your existing Lia application is closed on your desktop. Once closed, click on the download button below to initiate the download process.

Download Lia Version 14.1

Alternatively, you can visit www.assumption.ca/lia and select Step 2 - "Download Lia sales platform" to initiate the download.

Once the application has finished downloading, you will be prompted to replace the old version. Select "Replace" to proceed.

Lia will then restart automatically, and you will be all set to log in and start selling.

If you're facing any issues with your download, don't hesitate to contact our Lia support team at lia@assumption.ca or call 1 (855) 853-6040 option 1.

*If you have Lia on your Apple iPad, this does not affect you. You will need to download you update through the app store.
